speaking, the more information that you, the client, can provide, the
lower your cost will be.
Writing. Typical writing projects, such as copy for brochures,
website content, media kits and advertising, are quoted as a firm price.
Unless stated otherwise, price quotes will include one revision upon
review by the client. Additional revisions, if requested, are billed by
the hour, with a one hour minimum, per revision request. The minimum price for any writing project is $150.00.
Editing. Editing services are priced by word count. Editing is
limited to correcting spelling and grammatical errors, and rewording
copy as necessary to eliminate redundancy and make the text flow smoother. Editing services are limited to copy written by the client or other third party. The fee for editing services is $0.15 per word.
Ghostwriting (book manuscripts) are priced by the page. A page
is defined as 8 1/2 x 11, double-spaced with 1 inch margins, using a 12
point Times New Roman font. The minimum price for any manuscript project is $15.00 per page, with a 100 page minimum.
